NOTICE OF RATE INCREASE

The minimum rate at this time is $23.00 with no gallons of water.

$2.50 per thousand up to 10,000                                                                               

$3.50 per thousand 10,001 to 50,000

$4.50 per thousand 50,001 to 100,000

Any over 100,000 gallons will be $5.00 per gallon

These rates listed may/may not affect each customer.It is important that you call our office if you do not receive a water bill @ 903-569-602. Bills are mailed by the 28th of each month and due by the following 20th.

New rate structure:

Late Fee: $ 10.00 All payments are due in our office by the 20th. If payment is received after office hours on the 20th, a late fee will be applied to your account. If the 20th falls on the week-end, payment must be received or post marked by the 20th or a late fee will occur.

Unlock Fee: $50.00

Return Check Fee: $ 30.00

Membership Transfer Fee: $ 50.00

New Membership: $100.00

Service Call: Normal hours $ 35.00, week-end and after hours $ 50.00

Locate water line for customers: first line locate, no charge. Second locate at the same site will be $ 50.00
